Tanzania's safari capital under the shadow of Mount Meru

Best time to visit

Arusha is pleasant year-round thanks to its highland climate, but the June-to-October dry season is ideal for pairing the city with a safari or a mountain climb. The short rains of November and long rains of March to May bring greener scenery and fewer crowds.
