Fly to Nyerere National Park
Take a light-aircraft flight from Dar es Salaam to an airstrip in Nyerere National Park. Transfer to camp with a game drive en route. Settle in and enjoy an afternoon at leisure watching the river. Overnight at a tented camp.

Game drive and boat safari
A morning game drive in search of lion, elephant, giraffe and wild dog, followed by an afternoon boat safari on the Rufiji River among hippos, crocodiles and kingfishers. Sunset from the water is a highlight. Overnight at your camp.

Walking safari and game drive
Set out on foot with an armed guide for a walking safari, learning to read tracks and get close to the smaller wonders of the bush. Enjoy a game drive in the afternoon. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Rufiji River and lakes
A full day combining game drives and time on the water exploring the park's chain of lakes, rich in birdlife and wildlife drawn to the shores. Optional fishing or a longer boat cruise. Overnight at your tented camp.
